Privacy policy for the PUZZLERA mobile game and official website, including Google AdMob test ads and planned production ads.
PUZZLERA is a mobile puzzle game and official website operated and published by Pachia Ammos Country Club under the studio brand PatchMore Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared and protected when you use the PUZZLERA mobile app or visit puzzlera.app.

2. Website privacy
The PUZZLERA website is a static informational website. The website itself does not use AdSense, advertising scripts, analytics trackers, account registration, payment forms, newsletter forms or social login. Technical request data may still be processed by hosting or content delivery providers for security, delivery and performance.
3. Local gameplay information
The mobile app may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as stage progress, save/load progress, local leaderboard entries, language preference, audio settings and gameplay settings. This information is used to make the game work correctly and is normally stored on your device.
4. Google AdMob advertising
PUZZLERA uses or may use Google AdMob in the mobile app. During development and testing, PUZZLERA may use AdMob test ads. In production, ads may include rewarded ads for optional MAGIC/hint assistance and interstitial ads at natural transition points, such as before entering a new chapter or between gameplay sections. Interstitial ads are not intended to appear during active puzzle movement.
5. Rewarded ads and MAGIC
Rewarded ads may be offered when you choose to receive an optional gameplay reward, such as MAGIC assistance or hints. If you choose not to watch a rewarded ad, you can continue playing without that optional reward.
6. Interstitial ads
Interstitial ads may appear at natural transition points, including before a chapter changes or between gameplay sections. These ads may cover the app screen until closed by the user.
7. Information processed by AdMob
Depending on your device, settings, region, consent choices and final app configuration, Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process information such as IP address, device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostics, crash information and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security and compliance.
8. Consent and privacy choices
Where legally required, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, PUZZLERA may request consent for advertising purposes using Google’s User Messaging Platform or another compliant consent solution. On iOS, if app tracking is used, PUZZLERA will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt where required.
9. Personalized and non-personalized ads
Depending on your consent choices, region and device settings, PUZZLERA may show personalized ads, non-personalized ads, contextual ads or limited ads. If you decline personalized advertising where such choice is available, ads may still appear but may be less relevant.
10. App Store and platform services
PUZZLERA may be distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. These platforms may process information under their own privacy policies when you download, update, review, purchase or interact with the app through their services.
11. Children’s privacy
PUZZLERA is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If future publishing choices place PUZZLERA in a children’s or family-specific category, this Privacy Policy and the app’s advertising settings will be updated to match those requirements.
12. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared or processed only where needed for app functionality, advertising through Google AdMob, security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, hosting and website delivery, or platform services such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
13. Data retention
Local gameplay information may remain on your device until you delete the app, reset progress, clear app data or use an in-app reset feature where available. Advertising and technical data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob is handled according to those providers’ retention practices.
14. Your choices
Depending on your device, region and app version, you may be able to reset or limit your advertising identifier, manage App Tracking Transparency permissions on iOS, manage ad personalization in your device or Google settings, withdraw consent through in-app privacy options where available, reset local game progress, delete the app or contact us for privacy questions.
15. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the app and website. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PUZZLERA develops, especially if new features are added or if the final AdMob, consent, analytics, purchases, crash diagnostics, Game Center or Google Play Games configuration changes. The latest version will be available at puzzlera.app/privacy.
