Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy for the PATCHMORE website and mobile application, including local app data, support communications and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Legal developer and publisher: Moraitis George
Public studio brand: PatchMore Studios
App / Website: PATCHMORE
This Privacy Policy applies to the official PATCHMORE website at patchmore.app and the PATCHMORE mobile application for iOS and Android. PATCHMORE is legally developed and published by Moraitis George. PatchMore Studios is a public creative/studio brand only and is not a separate legal entity.
1. Who we are and scope
Moraitis George is responsible for personal information received directly through PATCHMORE support or website communications. This Policy covers the PATCHMORE website and mobile application. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
2. No PATCHMORE account and information you provide
PATCHMORE does not require you to create a PATCHMORE user account. If you email us or use a support contact method, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, device or platform details, screenshots and message content. Please do not send information that is not necessary for your request.
3. Website data, cookies and browser storage
The website is a static information and support site. It does not currently use website advertising scripts, analytics trackers, account registration, payment forms, newsletter registration or social login. It stores only your language preference in browser local storage. Cloudflare, as the hosting, content-delivery and security provider, may process technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies on the website.
4. Local mobile-app information
The mobile application may store gameplay information locally on your device, including stage progress, save and load data, local leaderboard initials or scores, language preference, audio settings and gameplay settings. Moraitis George does not automatically receive this local information. It normally remains on your device until you reset or clear the data or delete the application.
5. Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
The mobile application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at natural transition points. Development, testing or review versions may display test ads. Depending on the device, app configuration, region and privacy choices, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic or performance information, device or account identifiers, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. This processing may support ad delivery, advertising measurement and analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. PATCHMORE does not receive a copy of all raw information processed by Google.
For more information about Google’s processing, see the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Consent and advertising choices
Where required, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the application uses Google’s consent-management tools to present disclosures and request applicable choices before relevant advertising processing. Depending on consent, region and device settings, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, contextual or limited. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads. On iOS, if PATCHMORE uses tracking as defined by Apple, permission will be requested through App Tracking Transparency before that tracking occurs.
7. Analytics
The website does not currently use analytics trackers. Google may perform advertising measurement or analytics as part of the Google Mobile Ads service described above. If PATCHMORE activates a separate website or application analytics service, this Policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated.
8. Why information is processed
Information you send directly is used to respond to your request, provide support, investigate problems and maintain necessary records. Technical website information is processed to deliver, secure and maintain the site. Advertising information is processed by Google and its partners to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with law. Where the GDPR applies, direct support processing is based on handling your request and legitimate interests in operating and supporting PATCHMORE; consent is relied on where legally required for advertising storage, personalization or tracking; and information may also be processed to meet legal obligations.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell support correspondence or other personal information that you provide directly to us. Information may be processed by Google and advertising partners for AdMob, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Apple or Google for application distribution and platform services, email providers for support communications, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. These third parties process information under their own terms and policies.
10. Data retention
Local gameplay information normally remains on your device until you reset or clear it or delete the application. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to answer and follow up on the request, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations. Information processed by Google, Cloudflare, Apple, Google Play or other providers is retained according to those providers’ policies and settings.
11. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for using transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law. Their privacy policies provide further information about their processing locations and safeguards.
12. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled directly through PATCHMORE and to maintain the security of the website and application. No transmission, service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. GDPR and privacy rights
Where the GDPR or another applicable privacy law applies, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may have rights to be informed, access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the contact address below. We may need to verify your identity, and some rights may not apply to information that PATCHMORE does not hold directly.
14. Children’s privacy
PATCHMORE is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. It does not require a PATCHMORE user account and does not knowingly ask children to send personal information directly. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information through support, please contact us so the request can be reviewed. Age-related advertising and platform controls may apply according to the application configuration, platform rules and applicable law.
15. External links and third-party services
The website or application may link to Google, Apple, Google Play, the App Store or other external services. PATCHMORE does not control those services, and this Policy does not replace their privacy notices. Review the privacy terms of any external service you use.
16. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when PATCHMORE features, advertising, consent tools, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at patchmore.app/privacy with a revised version number or last-updated date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably appropriate.
17. Contact
